Nursing Home E-Prescribing Waiver Extended

The Department of Health (DOH) issued a letter on Nov. 1, 2022 extending the blanket waiver of electronic prescribing requirements for nursing homes. The new blanket waiver supersedes the previous waiver and is effective from Nov. 1, 2022 through Oct. 31, 2023.
