The Role of the Nurse, Social Worker, and/or Case Manager in Adult Care Facility/Assisted Living

Don’t miss LeadingAge NY's four-part virtual training in March, The Role of the Nurse, Social Worker, and/or Case Manager in Adult Care Facility/Assisted Living settings!

LeadingAge NY is proud to partner with consultants Frank Rose and Kathy Sindoni to provide this comprehensive training. Rose and Sindoni are both experts with a wealth of experience in the field, well-prepared to provide vital, detailed information regarding key case management and operational issues for all categories of licensure under the adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living (AL) umbrella. This training is highly recommended for case managers but is also relevant for other positions within these settings. ACF/AL Administrators will benefit from the training, as well as those involved in quality assurance. The training is exceptionally helpful to those new to ACF/AL regulations in New York but will serve as a great refresher for seasoned staff. This training was offered in person in January 2020 and got excellent reviews, so we are offering it again in this virtual format to ensure that everyone who is interested has access.

The training will occur on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in March, with the first one on March 10th. Up to eight hours of ACF/AL, NAB, and Social Work credit is available.
