Wage Parity Certifications Due March 1st
Members are reminded that State-required wage parity certification forms are due March 1st for Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) and Fiscal Intermediaries (FIs) that contract with Managed Long Term Care plans (MLTCs), Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs), or Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) delivering care in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.
MLTCs, CHHAs, and LTHHCPs are required to obtain the forms which cover the period March 1st through May 31, 2021. LHCSAs and FIs must send the forms to their contracting MLTC, CHHA, or LTHHCP, not to the Department of Health (DOH). Different provider types can obtain the appropriate wage parity certification forms from DOH's wage parity webpage here.
