Zoom Graphics

LeadingAge NY and Hinman Straub have developed the below Zoom Background Graphics for members to use freely in virtual meetings with elected officials.

Follow these simple steps to set them as your Zoom background:

1. Click the link to one or both of the images above, right click on the graphic and save it to your computer.
2. Once you are on Zoom, click the small arrow to the right of the video icon.
3. Select "Choose Virtual Background".
4. Click on the "+" symbol to the mid-right of the screen and select "add image".
5. Add the image that you would like to import as a virtual background.
6. The image should now be available under your "virtual background" options. 
7. Click on the image you'd like to use as your background and then close out of the settings feature.
8. Your video should now show your virtual background.
