Register Today for the 2019 ADHC Director & Staff Training

Registration is now open for the 2019 ADHC Director and Staff Training! The training will be held at three convenient locations: Dec. 2 at the Highlands at Pittsford, Dec 3 at the Albany Guardian Society and Dec. 5 at Wartburg in Mt. Vernon.

Who should attend?

This program is designed for adult day health care program directors or staff members with less than three years of experience in ADHC, as well as individuals seeking to increase or refresh their knowledge of Part 425 regulations or program operations. Program directors, nurses, social workers, corporate compliance officers, and nursing home administrators are encouraged to attend. New this year: discussion and guidance on how to operationalize and comply with federal HCBS Settings Rule requirements.

Why should you attend?

The training program, designed exclusively for ADHC directors and staff, provides a support network of high-level peer leaders and decision makers. The ADHC director and staff training is presented by experts in our field and designed for each ADHC staff member to leave informed and better at what they do. It’s worth your time and important to your ADHC business.

This year’s training will resonate with senior program directors who strive to expand knowledge and improve operations for a better registrant experience. We will also cover HCBS Settings Rule requirements and discuss policies and procedures necessary for compliance.

During this training, you will find answers to your questions, solutions to operational challenges and get the motivation to implement change. Whether you have worked in adult day health care for 5 months or 15 years, you will learn new ideas to take back to your program.
