For member convenience, LeadingAge NY created an FAQ Resources feature on the association's website under the Provider – Managed Long Term Care section.
The current listing of recent Department of Health (DOH) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) documents includes the following:

The nursing home transition FAQs are the most relevant to our nursing home members at this time, and we recommend that nursing home members familiarize themselves with these documents. The nursing home transition FAQs remain a bit of a work in progress, and DOH has indicated that they intend to further refine them, including organizing them into a single, categorized resource.
The FIDA FAQs for Network Providers is a document DOH is sharing with all network providers in the FIDA region to assist in dealing with Medicaid recipient questions regarding the FIDA program.
We will be periodically updating this section of our website as DOH issues additional managed care FAQs.
