LeadingAge NY Managed Care Resource Updated

LeadingAge NY updated its chart summarizing the State’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration. The Tues., March 3, 2015 edition of the chart reflects the most recent delay in expanding the FIDA program into Suffolk and Westchester Counties. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors, including: the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
