Program Summary:
Dealing with aggressive behaviors is challenging to caregivers and often leads to frustration and burnout.  Staff and other caregivers who have a better understanding of the possible causes of the behavior are better able to diffuse and/or respond to the situation to ensure safe care and maintain resident/patient dignity.

This audio conference will provide:

  • Basic approaches and considerations in dealing with aggressive behavior
