Ready, Set, Teach:

A Train-the-Trainer Program for Teaching Adult Learners

This New York State (NYS) Department of Health (DOH) approved fifteen-hour training program has been developed with nursing home certified nursing assistant (CNA) instructors in mind, but will be helpful to any staff member who provides education in any member setting.  The program satisfies the requirement of regulation 415.26 - Organization and administration - for a CNA instructor to have successfully completed a "professionally recognized course in teaching adult learners."
