This is the third session in a three-part Managed Long Term Care Series. This program will discuss the steps that can be taken by providers to remain competitive in the changing managed long term care marketplace, and the regulatory pitfalls to be wary of. The topics to be discussed will include antitrust and fraud and abuse risks.

We regret that we cannot issue refunds for cancellations; however, substitutions are permitted prior to the day of the audio conference.

Accreditation: This audio conference is sponsored by the Foundation for Long Term Care (FLTC). The FLTC is a certified sponsor of professional continuing education with the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care (NAB). NAB approved this program for 1.5 hours (4.5 hours total for all 3 sessions) of continuing education credit for nursing home administrators under its sponsor agreement with NAB/NCERS. State Licensure boards, however, have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses.

Certified public accountants can receive 1.5 hours (4.5 hours for all three sessions) of continuing professional education credit.
