Key Components in a Successful Response to the CHHA RFA

Format: Audio conference

Date/Time: February 29, 2012, 1:30 - 3 p.m.

Program Summary:

This program will cover the basic components to submitting a successful application to the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Request for Application (RFA) and topics for a high-impact application. Some of those topics that are critical to the RFA for establishing or expanding a CHHA, are:

  • MLTCP and Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) initiatives
  • Knowledge of the population to be served
  • Increased quality and efficiencies
  • Community needs
  • Other relevant topics

We want to help you make a strong case to the DOH reviewers—convince them that you understand the MRT initiatives, the population you will be serving and why your agencies will be the best for addressing the expansion of home health care providers.

Target audience:

  • CEOs, Administrators, Program Directors and CFOs
