This presentation will describe the legal and regulatory issues and requirements involved in Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders, Health Care Proxies and Ethics Committees, explain how to implement the NYS and federal requirements of advance directives and describe methods of dealing with issues and legal options for resolving conflicts that can arise from health care decisions.
