Quality management (QM) means striving for excellence.  The goal of this program is to provide helpful hints for your quality management program, whether you have one in place or are just beginning. Eliciting staff buy-in and participation can be the key to a successful quality management program. Utilizing creative methods to stimulate staff interest in QM can be fun for those overseeing the process, as well as for those participating. Once the program is in place, maintaining the gain becomes the challenge. Hopefully this discussion will peak your interest and provide some effective strategies to incorporate into your quality management programs.
