Program summary:
This program will update nursing home staff on surveillance problem areas in the nursing home setting and discuss quality improvement solutions organizations can implement to address these issues.
Target Audience: Nursing Home Administrators, DNS, DSW, other Interdisciplinary Team members.
Presenter: Jackie Pappalardi, director of residential services, Office of Long Term Care. Ms. Pappalardi provides overall directions and management to program managers, bureau directors and related programs in the Department of Health’s regional offices. She is responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing regulatory and policy directives while developing and monitoring division performance standards and strategies.
