Corporate Compliance Series (Part II) - Putting Compliance into Action

Format: Audio conference (Available online)

Program Summary:
New York State providers who are subject to the provisions of NYS Public Health Law articles 28 or 36 (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, home care agencies, etc.) are required to adopt and implement effective compliance programs and to annually certify that they are effective.
