AANAC Certified Nurse Executive (C-NE) Program

Format: In-Person Conference

While there are many challenges in long-term care, there is little question that managing staff and preparing for surveys top the list of “stress inducers.” The Certified Nurse Executive program was designed to strengthen the knowledge and abilities of DONs, ADONs, administrators, corporate clinical directors and other nurse leaders in:

  • Leading staff and fostering a caring environment
  • Making more informed decisions about staff and resident needs
  • Human resource regulations, laws and challenges
  • Protecting your facility with a quality improvement and risk management plan
  • Best practices for survey preparation

Reach your potential with the C-NE designation. Earning the certification demonstrates your expertise and places you in a unique class of professionals, giving you an advantage in the workplace and in your career.
