Stop the Repeal of the CLASS Act

If you have not yet done so, please call 855-218-2109 and tell your member of the U.S. House of Representatives to oppose the Fiscal Responsibility and Retirement Security Act (H.R. 1173). The bill would repeal the Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) Act.

The CLASS Act is an important step because it:

·         Promotes personal responsibility.
·         Puts choice in the hands of consumers.
·         Saves Medicaid money.
·         Does NOT rely on taxpayer funds.

The issue of paying for long-term services and supports is too important to ignore. Ask your representative, "If not the CLASS Act, then what?"

To help our states and our families, we must implement the CLASS Act.

The message is simple: Oppose H.R. 1173.
