The format of this year’s golf tournament has been modified to ensure the best outcome for golfers, sponsors and the PAC:

• 11:00 a.m. Registration
• 11:45 a.m. Shotgun start for 18-hole competition
• 1:00 p.m. Registration for pro-clinic and 9-hole tournament
• 1:30 p.m. Pro-clinic at 9-hole location
• 2:30 p.m. Shotgun start for 9-hole tournament
• 4:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception

By participating in the 2013 golf tournament, you will help LeadingAge New York support candidates who oppose cuts to long term care services and enable us to be involved in the legislative and political processes throughout the state.

The LeadingAge New York PAC was formed in 1991 and is a necessary investment in the future of continuing care.
